No matter how many times you have visited Prague there is always something new to see and do. There is no doubt that this is one of the most memorable cities on the Old Continent. I have been lucky enough to visit Prague both during the summer and during the winter and all I have to say is that the city is magical. Each season is different and it brings a new feeling. So no matter what you are looking for you will find it here since there is fantastic architecture, history and beauty wherever you look.
Prague is the most visited city in Czech Republic and there is a good reason for that. It has the largest castle and it has a long tradition of beer brewing that dates back to the 10th century. Prague is also home of some of the best statues in Europe that just pop up in front of you. You can learn about the Communist rule in the Museum of Communism and see some of the statues that represent the victims.
One of the most alluring quarters is Mala Strana where you can find some interesting activities or you can simply get lost in the cobblestone streets. And the best part of all is that the prices are quite reasonable, no matter if you want to go up the Old Town Hall Tower or have a traditional meal in one of the restaurants.
The best way to visit the city is on foot. So put on your walking shoes and prepare to explore the city. There are couple of places that you shouldn`t miss and you can read all about it in my next blog, and for now I will share 30 photos with you that are irresistible and that will inspire you to visit Prague if you have not done that yet.
