Chia Seeds. Chia seeds are known to have an abundance of omega – 3 fats, fibers and antioxidants. But before you start adding chia seeds to your mals remember that only 2 tablespoons contain up to 120 calories while 80 are from fat.
Flax Seeds. Flax seeds are known to be rich with proteins, fibers and omega – 3 fatty acids. But, even 2 tablespoons from these seeds can add up to 100 calories to your meal and 78 from those coming from fat.
Avocados are so popular throughout America thanks to the very trendy avocado toast. It is seemed that this toast contains all the nutrients that the body needs to survive. But think about it this way, one medium avocado has 232 calories and 188 of those calories come from fat. So it may be the most perfect food but you still need to consume it into moderation.
