(Last Updated On: December 21, 2020)

New Zealand is an ideal travel destination for everybody. This beautiful island combines beauty and adventure with a relaxed laid back attitude. No matter what kind of a traveler you are, there is something for you in New Zealand.

So at this point you are probably wondering what this beautiful country has to offer. here is a list of some of the most popular sites and adventures, so you can definitely find something for you.

Tongariro Crossing

There are plenty of walks that will take you to some of the most epic natural wonders. But now we will mention only one, which is the most popular hike at the same time, Tongariro Crossing. This is a 12 mile day hike that will take you past volcanic landscapes and colorful crater lakes that will leave you speechless.

Waitomo Caves

We can`t say that there is something similar to Waitomo Caves anywhere in the world. Namely Waitomo Caves are a series of extraordinary natural wonders that are home to many glow worms. This is one of the most popular attraction, and we must admit, for a good reason.

Auckland is the largest city in New Zealand. This is a harbor city that is built on over 40 volcanoes. This is a place where you can find both white and black sand beaches. But that is not all, Auckland is the home of vast farmland and coastal villages. Many people fly to Auckland, but if you truly want to experience the city we advise you to spend couple of days there and see everything the place has to offer.

Fiordland National Park

Visiting FIordland National Park is once in a life time experience. This is a place for nature lovers and the best way to explore it is by boat. Tall mountains on one side and clear still water on the other will bring peace to your heart. It truly appears like the world has stopped and you can take a real break and simply enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds you. I have to admit this is one of my favorite places of all in New Zealand.

Visiting New Zealand without seeing Hobbiton would be incomplete. You don`t have to be a fun of Lord of the Rings to enjoy this beautiful village. It is located outside Matamata and once you are there you can go inside the homes and have a beer at the Green Dragon Pub.

If you are into extreme sports then Queenstown is the place for you. This is where the first bungee jump was ever commercialized. They didn`t stop at that, but you can also find other sports too like skydiving, jumping of bridges, diving with sharks, just to name some.

Rotorua is a city on the southern shores of Lake Rotorua, thus the name of the city. The city is also called Sulfur-City and some even call it smelly city. The reason behind that is the thermal activity in the city. There are many mud pools, thermal springs and geysers that are some of the main tourist attractions as well.

All Blacks Game

People in New Zealand take rugby very serious and their national team is the All Blacks. So, even if you are not a fan of sports you can still spend an afternoon watching one of their games, which is a terrific experience.

Skycity Auckland

Skycity Auckland is a casino in the central business district of Auckland and it is the perfect spot where you can relax after exploring the city. It is located at the base of the Sky Tower and it is the only land based casino in Auckland.

Where to stay while in New Zealand?

If you are planning a trip to one of these beautiful places you can check availability on since this is the best and the most reliable website that I always use for finding accommodation.

Another great option is to rent a place through Airbnb. You can find great rooms and apartments since there are a lot of great options. You can use this code to get $27 free AirBnb credit.

Another thing which is interesting about New Zealand is that Kiwi’s can take advantage of a wide range of online casino websites. Here you can play in New Zealand Dollars and also make deposits by using Poli. Just choose any casino from their list and you can start playing right away!
